The exact mix of house types and tenure is still to be defined but the properties will be a mixture of detached, semi- detached, terraced and flatted units.

In order to achieve this objective LHA intends to adopt a two stage procurement process, firstly by identifying a Partnership Contractor to join a Collaborative Working Team and to be appointed to a Framework Agreement using FA/Scot Framework Agreement 2014 Edition and thereafter to draw down Contracts for the preparation of a Master Plan using PCSA/Scot Pre-Construction Services Agreement (General Contractor) 2013 and for Construction of Housing and Infrastructure in Phases using DB/Scot 2011 Edition (2015 Revision) The Initial Phase One Proposal is for 80 units — 64 for social rent and 16 mid-market rent.
