All tendering contractors must be able to display a previous working experience of design and constructing low/mid-rise buildings (minimum of 6 floors) within a city center environment.

Experience in working adjacent/near ongoing infrastructure/transport interchange works is desirable.

Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required:

An experience in constructing to BREEAM excellent standards is essential.
